Should you require replacement parts for your Wirop equipment, you can rest assured that we have you covered. Many of our customers are pleased to know that we use common brand hydraulic and electrical components. In fact, many of our parts can be found at your local hydraulic and electronic parts supplier. Maintenance

Installation & Training
At Wirop Americas, we offer a 100% turnkey experience. Therefore, it is our pleasure to not only assist you with purchasing the right piece of equipment, but also with delivery and installation, as well as onsite operator training and certification. After your machine is installed, we will work closely with you and your operators to ensure complete confidence with all aspects of the machine.
Calibration Services
Wirop Americas proudly offers calibration services not only for Wirop Industrial Horizontal and Vertical Test Machines, but all other manufacturers, makes, and models of horizontal test machines, vertical test machines, load links, and load shackles. All calibrations are performed in accordance with the latest revision of ASTM Standard Practices E4. This ensures the accuracy of the calibrated range of the machine to be within +/- 1 percent.
Wirop Americas uses high quality elastic calibration devices, which have been calibrated in accordance with the ASTM E74 specification by National Standards Testing Laboratory. National Standards Testing Laboratory is accredited to ISO 17025:2005 for ASTM E74 and E4 calibrations by ANSI National Accreditation Board. All E74 calibrations on Wirop Americas elastic calibration devices are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comply with ISO 17025:2005, ISO10012-1, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, and MIL-STD-45662A.
Wirop Americas calibration capabilities range in tension up to 1,000,000 lbf and through our working relationship with National Standards Testing Laboratory we can arrange for higher capacity calibrations up to 6,000,000 lbf.
