Freight Paid Policy USA Customers For customers outside of the pick-up or delivery area, Sea-Land will pay the freight on orders of $3,000.00 or more.
Payment Terms
Standard payment tem. are Net 30 days. Once past 60 days, open invoices will be subject to an interest charge of 1% per month.
Returns
Prior to return to Sea-Land, a Returned Goods Authorization number must be obtained and referenced on the package itself or any shipping documents accompanying the package or goods. Please note that no returns are allowed for cut chain. Items returned to Sea-Land are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are allowed 60 days past the invoice date.
